We have vacancies for the following positions: 👨‍🍳 Positions Available Nigiri Maker - Part time 20hrs+@ / Full time 30hrs +@ Sushi Maker - Part time 20hrs+@ / Full time 30hrs +@ Kitchen Staff - Part time 20hrs+@ / Full time 30hrs +@ What We're Looking For No previous experience required – full training will be provided. Any relevant or similar experience in sushi preparation, Japanese cuisine, or kitchen work will be an advantage. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team. Passion for food and maintaining high standards of hygiene. Available to work late nights on both Thursday & Friday and also both weekends.
