IPPIN RAMEN & BOWL, our group operates IPPIN Ramen & Bowl in Tauranga Crossing, Tauranga, and in various locations. We are currently looking for a Front of house and kitchen staff to join our team at IPPIN Ramen & Bowl Tauranga Crossing. This is a full time position. Responsibilities Ensuring that customers receive prompt and quality services Responding to customers' inquiries and complaints Taking inventory of beverages for sale and ordering new stock Ensuring hygiene, safety and liquor licensing requirements or procedures are enforced Qualities Good personal presentation and hygiene. Ability to handle pressure and solve problems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers. At least basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality. Must be able to work days and weekends including public holiday if required. The most important thing is that you are hard working, willing to learn, and has the ability to adapt.
