テックサポート（基本在宅勤務）

コールセンターでのテックサポートのお仕事です。 在宅で勤務いただけます（８週間のうち1週のみオークランドセントラルでのオフィス勤務） 世界最大級のセキュリティーソフトを利用する日本のお客様より、電話・チャット・メールにて問い合わせを受け、解決までサポートいただきます。 月曜から日曜までシフト制。勤務時間は 12.00pm – 10.00pmの間　週40時間です。 IT系のバックグラウンドのある方大歓迎です。 About You: • Fluent in Japanese • Strong technical and customer service skills • Excellent written communication skills • Customer service experience Have good internet connection at home (Fibre connection is recommended) Also a suitable space to allow privacy while working from home. Key Skill Requirements: • Tech savvy • Proficient in relevant computer OS and applications (Windows & Mac) • Proficient in relevant Mobile devices (iOs & Android) We are Sitel.
