Sales & Project Manager in Building Industry! About the business) Japan Homes is a "Registered Master Builder" construction company based in Auckland. Currently we are seeking passionate Sales Rep and/or Project Manager to join our team. This role has many aspects, so you need to be an all-rounder, professional and self-driven. About the role) - Targeting residential works - Communicate with clients, subs and suppliers - Re- establish contacts with past customers - Present estimate/quote to clients and follow up every quote as required. - Get contracting - Expand and develop Kiwi market - Up-sell where ever possible - Site visit and measurement - Attend 'production' meetings to schedule timing of jobs for production and delivery. - Relay any changes after site measure to production team. - Prepare final costings - Ensuring after service care - And etc!
