This is full-time and permanent position. We specialised in providing Japanese bread, pastries, cakes and Japanese confectionaries. You must • Have 3+ experience as a baker • Have knowledge of baking equipment • Have knowledge of Japanese style bread, pastries and Japanese confectionaries • Be organised, systematic • Be able to self-manage • Be passionate about baking and willing to learn • Meet strict deadlines, work unsupervised Experience of baking bread with natural yeast and rice yeast would be an advantage!!
